How to Create New User in Windows

• press windows key + R type netplwiz
• Click on Add
• Select Sign in without a Microsoft account(not recommended)
• Select Local account
  • Enter username Like: abc-d001
  • Enter password like: ********
  • Enter Confirm password like: ********
  • Enter password hint Like: webreinvent
  • Then press on Next
  • After that press on Finish
