6. If you found any type of damage then raise a complain to cutomer care
7. Always ask him for deliver at door step

Step2:

1. you can check that product is returnable or not
2. If showing replacement and after receiving found product is damaged
3. Then customer denied to return, but you need to convince for return
4. Customer says that need to replacement one time after that you can return it
5. Then you do replacement
6. Once you receive replaced product
7. Then again talk to customer care for return
