Meeting etiquette that you should take care of:
- Test your internet connection speed before meeting
- Test your mic and speaker are properly
- Verify your laptop or system have stable power source
- Keep your mic mute if you're not speaking
- Try to greet with good morning or greeting for the day
- Keep your mic muted if you're not speaking
- Make sure there are no background sounds during the meeting
- If you're working from home inform your family members that you'll be in meeting
- Prepare your short introduction (10 to 20 seconds), and practice your introduction
- Study about the topic of the meeting and prepare your notes & questions
- Do not interrupt others if they are speaking
- Be always respectful and calm
- Keep your phone and tablets on silent
- Join the meeting on time
- Have formal clothing during client meeting
- Have proper lighting conditions for your face to be visible to others
- Listen the conversation actively
- It should be short 10 to 15 seconds max
- Focus on your expertise and achievements
- Total experience you have
