HR Recruitment Process

  1. Screen and Source the candidates from different portals like Naukri ,Linkedin and Our Website
  2. Import the data from different portal to CRM (Team)
  3. Call the candidates and schedule their interviews.
  4. Take the follow-up call with the candidates to remind them regarding their interviews.
  5. Conduct the online interviews for HR Round through Skype
  6. Shortlist the candidates on the basis of their performance in the interview
  7. Send the rejection mail to the Rejected Candidates.
  8. Assign tests to the Shortlisted Candidates.
  9. Take follow-up call with the candidates regarding their Test Submission.
  10. After receiving the test from the candidates, save it to the given Google Drive.
  11. Ask Vikram or Subrat to check the test
  12. Check the test result in the test feedback sheet and update the status in the CRM.
  13. Ask Pradeep Sir about his availability to conduct the final round of interviews with the selected candidates
  14. Ask Pradeep Sir about the interview date and timing and then mail the candidates accordingly
  15. Take the follow-up call with the candidates to remind them regarding their final round of interviews, also remind Pradeep sir in the chat.
  16. Conduct the final round of interviews with Pradeep Sir
  17. Send the initial Document Verification Mail to the selected candidates and also call them to inform the same
  18. Verify the initial documents like their Offer Letter and past 3 months of salary slip and update the status to Subrat for the salary discussion round
  19. If everything seems fine while verifying the document then check the availability of Subrat and mail the candidates for the salary discussion round
  20. Conduct salary discussion round with Subrat
  21. If everything goes well in the salary discussion round then ask the candidate to submit full documents and then verify it.
  22. After verifying the documents, send joining letter to the candidates (with details like Date, Designation and Salary)
  23. Verify the Joining Form
  24. Give induction to the candidate on his/her joining day.
