- Screen and Source the candidates from different portals like

,Linkedin
andOur Website
- Import the data from different portal to CRM (Team)
- Call the candidates and schedule their interviews.
- Take the follow-up call with the candidates to remind them regarding their interviews.
- Conduct the
online interviews
for HR Round throughSkype
Shortlist
the candidates on the basis of their performance in the interview- Send the rejection mail to the
Rejected Candidates
. - Assign tests to the
Shortlisted Candidates
. - Take follow-up call with the candidates regarding their
Test Submission
. - After receiving the test from the candidates, save it to the given
Google Drive
. - Ask
Vikram
orSubrat
to check the test - Check the test result in the test feedback sheet and update the status in the CRM.
- Ask
Pradeep Sir
about his availability to conduct the final round of interviews with the selected candidates - Ask
Pradeep Sir
about the interview date and timing and then mail the candidates accordingly - Take the follow-up call with the candidates to
remind
them regarding their final round of interviews, also remind Pradeep sir in the chat. - Conduct the final round of interviews with
Pradeep Sir
- Send the initial
Document Verification Mail
to the selected candidates and also call them to inform the same - Verify the initial documents like their
Offer Letter
andpast 3 months of salary slip
and update the status toSubrat
for the salary discussion round - If everything seems fine while verifying the document then check the availability of
Subrat
and mail the candidates for the salary discussion round - Conduct salary discussion round with
Subrat
- If everything goes well in the salary discussion round then ask the candidate to submit full documents and then verify it.
- After verifying the documents, send joining letter to the candidates (with details like
Date
,Designation
andSalary
) - Verify the Joining Form
- Give induction to the candidate on his/her joining day.
